REMOTE SESSIONS

A bespoke presentation packed with vital tips, hints, anecdotes and information on everything sixth formers need to know to survive university and beyond. We’ll cover how to eat cheaply and healthily, living in a clean and tidy home, doing laundry, budgeting, health, well-being and keeping safe, ending with a Q&A session. Students will be sent a survey prior to the session to get them thinking about what they have in store and the results will be revealed on the day.

Who is it for?

Aimed at Year 13s often incorporated into the PSHE or Wellbeing curriculum. Year 12s can also benefit from the session as they consider their university options.

REMOTE OPEN DAY SLOTS

Waving goodbye to teenagers for three or four years when they head to university isn’t always easy. And at the risk of sounding clichéd, times have changed! Is it a Snowflake generation? Are we Helicopter parents? All will be revealed.

How often should they contact their children, what are the warning signs if things aren’t going well and how much will they have to sacrifice to help the students through university life in a pandemic?

Who is it for?

Parents of years 13 students will benefit most from this short session, often part of open days or evening workshops.
