By booking a workshop session with unicookandclean you agree to accept the following terms and conditions:


Full payment must be received by bank transfer at the time of booking  in order to guarantee your space reservation. We will require advance notice of any allergies or special dietary requirements or mobility issues at the time of booking.

If you are unable to attend a session you must inform us in writing no less than 14 days before the session. In this case we will refund your fees, less a £10 withdrawal fee. Alternatively, if you can find someone to take your place, we will transfer the place to the new applicant. This transferred place cannot be refunded and no withdrawal fee will be paid. It will be up to you to receive payment from the new applicant. However, you must notify us in advance if you wish to do this so and let us know of any allergies or special dietary requirements.

No refund of payments will be made to you if you do not notify us of your withdrawal 14 days before the start of the session.

No refund of fees will be made for no-shows or for withdrawal after the session starts. We will remind you of your session the day before.

In exceptional circumstances, bookings can only be rescheduled with 14 days’ notice and must be taken within 6 months of the original booking. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss.

Participants will be able to eat the dishes they cook. Food should be eaten immediately or cooled before being refridgerated and consumed within one day.  

All information supplied during and after a session is by suggestion only. 

Essential Packs must be paid for in full before delivery.

We reserve the right to deny any applicant to a session.

We have a privacy policy in place. If you provide your email address, we will keep your contact details for one year only. We will never pass on your contact details on to anyone else or any organisation.
