Supermarket shopping list for at least 6 meals!

This shopping list will provide the ingredients to cook one pot Bolognese /chilli, cheesey omelette and a jacket potato plus basic supplies to keep you going. You can then repeat the order leaving out store cupboard essentials: herbs, oil, salt & pepper, paprika, tomato puree, chilli flakes, stock cube
FOR THE FRIDGE
Cheddar Cheese (400g)
Minced beef (500g)
Butter (spreadable)
2 pints milk or dairy-free/soya
Juice (2ltrs)
6 free range eggs
Mayonnaise
FOR THE FREEZER
Frozen Peas/sweetcorn
FRESH ITEMS
Loaf of bread
Apples/bananas/satsumas
Salad leaves
Cherry tomatoes
2 courgettes
2 red onions
Avocado
1 lemon
2kg bag of potatoes
STORE CUPBOARD
2 x 400g can plum tomatoes
1 x 400g can kidney beans
Tin of tuna (or pack of 4 if cheaper) in oil
Salt & pepper
Olive oil
Dried herbs
Sweet Paprika
Tube of tomato puree
Chilli flakes
Stock cube – beef or veggie
Cereal
Spaghetti and easy cook rice or ready to eat rice pouches
























I read your supermarket shopping list post and how you broke down meals and ingredients in a simple way that makes planning feel less stressful, and that really helped me see how easy meals can be with a good list.
